Everyone can use more stuff, and your Sims are no different. Thanks to The Sims 2 Family Fun Stuff, you can give your digital people even more options — 60 new items, in fact — for livening up their day-to-day activities. Dress Dad in a snazzy Hawaiian shirt or give Mom a cute sundress to slip into. Let the kids’ imaginations run wild with dragon, princess, mermaid, or snorkel costumes. The Power Mirror and Kepler’s Planetary Floor Mirror let your Sims check out their new looks before showing them off to others.

Your little Sims can also brighten their play with the Vault of Mysteries, a clothes cupboard in the “The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe” mold. Or they might want to duck into My Impregnable Fortress, a bed that resembles a mighty castle. And perhaps the Dreams Alight globe lamp will spark their imaginations as they drift off to sleep.

Family Fun Stuff includes many more items for children’s bedrooms, including an entire furniture and wall objects set with a nautical theme and Tell-Me-Tall, a self-standing piece that tracks your kids’ heights.

Rounding Out the Rest of the House

You can dress up your Sims’ homes too. Try decorating your walls with masks. Try Mr. Romance, The King’s Jester, or Well Rounded, which evokes the spirit of Mardi Gras. Or stick Globe L’Empereur in the study and impress guests with your Sims’ global knowledge. An ocean liner model, a ship propeller, steering wheel, and oars and a life preserver help complement the image of a world traveler.

Elsewhere in the house, the Itty Bitty Clay Vases set will bring looks of adoration from visitors, while in the back garden, The Stones of Stepping or a rabbit statue named Mr. Shuffles give an added touch of tranquility. Family Fun Stuff also features a variety of new wall and floor coverings, such as nautical- or fantasy-themed wallpaper and Dungeon Keep’s Flooring or Cornflower Dreams Carpet.

So what are you waiting for? Your Sims have gone to college, become entrepreneurs, headed out for wild nights on the town, and adopted pets. Now give their lives added dimensions with Family Fun Stuff.
